Leema Acoustics Stream IV is here
Previewed at the Bristol Hi-Fi Show back in February, Welsh company Leema Acoustics has announced the arrival of its Stream IV digital hub priced at £2,295, which joins its Stellar series. Built around its popular Stream CD player, the next-generation model claims to be fully equipped for network music streaming with integrated Tidal, Spotify and Qobuz music services, plus vTuner Internet Radio and Deezer, as well as CD playback via a front-panel loading tray mechanism.
UPnP/DLNA compliant, it can access music files from networked devices and playback control is via the free mconnect control point app, available for both Android and iOS devices. There’s a USB port, and both wireless and wired networking connectivity. Music files are supported up to 24-bit/192kHz via the ESS 9018 Sabre DAC. Coaxial and optical digital outputs are available for external DAC connectivity.
Shown here with the matching Pulse IV integrated amplifier (launched last year at £2,295) that claims 2x 80W power output and includes Bluetooth connectivity as well as MM/MC phono stage, both models are on sale now and you can find out more about the Stream IV here.
